What is the system requirements for UltraDVD Player?
To run UltraDVD, the system requirements are:
Minimum: Pentium II 350 PC or higher, 32MB RAM or more, DVD Driver
Recommend: PentiumIII 450 PC or higher, 64MB RAM or more, DVD Driver
The operating system should be Windows 95, 98, 98SE, Me, NT4, 2000 or XP. DirectX 6.0 or higher is required. (DirectX 8.0 or higher is recommended).

How do I register UltraDVD Player?

A)	Please check that you've completed the registration?
	Please see "About" dialog (just click "Menu" button then choose "About..." item in the pop-up menu), Is there your Registration Name on it or just a "TRIAL VERSION"? If there is "TRIAL version", you have not completed your registration, it's just a trail version yet.
B)	This is the wizard about how to register UltraDVD Player:
		Click the right-button of your mouse in the DVD playing window or main window, or click the "Menu" button and a menu will popup.
		Now click "Registration Code­" menu item to register, type your registration name/code in register-window.
		Please note NO space on the left/right of you name/code. We recommend you copy/paste your name and code to the register-window.
C)	Instructions to register by copying and pasting:
		COPY the registration code listed below by highlighting it with the mouse and pressing CTRL_C.
		PASTE in the registration code by pressing CTRL_V in the register window box. Do the same with the User Name.
		Press "Register" on the register window box. You'll then have the full features of the UltraDVD Player you ordered.

Why the firewall shows UltraDVD connecting internet?
Don't worry about it, It check new version via internet, if you don't like this function, Please open the "option..." box, select "skin&language" - don't select "check new version via interne", it's OK.

UltraDVD Player must have a DVDROM?
Yes, UltraDVD Player must have a DVDROM play a DVD movie, in fact, all DVD Player software must need it. If you want to watch VCD movies, just have CDROM.

When I try to play a DVD movie, I get an error "access violation at adress 00000000"?
That means you used a crack to patch UltraDVD. DON'T DO IT! The crack will destroy UltraDVD.exe and make it unstable, and IT'S ILLEGAL!

Why I can't play DVD movie or the picture is jumbled with UltraDVD Player plays?
Please check DirectX is 8.0 or higher on your computer, you can download and install the latest DirectX from Microsoft http://www.microsoft.com/directx

Why the computer system crashed when I start play a DVD movie?
Please open the "option..." box, choose "Play options", select "Skip DVD menu and play the movie directly when playing DVD, or click "Enable all tips windows" button, Don't change it any more.

Why I could't hear anything when I played a movie.

A)	Please check the "mute" button of UltraDVD program is turn off.
B)	Please check the "volume" of UltraDVD program is turn on and turn maximal.
C)	Please check the "volume" of computer is turn on and turn maximal.
D)	Do you use DTS when you play DVD movies? current version supports AC3 and 3D supper surround. Don't support DTS, this function is developing.
